38a 38b. I actually came up with this one a couple days before creating this post. But right now, Sid is Disney, again bullying people (I’ll bring this up later)
39a 39b. Right now, Buzz isn’t Disney. He’s a friend who wants to know what’s going on, to which Rex replies “That ain’t no happy child, he tortures toys just for fun” = “Their not a good company, they throw out ideas just for fun”
Buzz thinks he can stop him, but Woody reminds him he’s just a toy. As with any company, we workers can’t really do much when our boss (in this case Disney) just won’t budge.
(skipped 40)

41a 41b. Woody comes up with a plan to eliminate Buzz, and executes it perfectly…
42. “What if Andy starts playing with me more, you gonna knock me out the window too” = “What if he likes my ideas more than yours, you gonna fire me too”
43. Andy can’t find Buzz, so he’s forced to take Woody. When the guy with the brains isn’t around, sometimes you have to make due with whatever’s left.
44. “Revenge is not something we promote on our planet” = “I wouldn’t hit you while on the job, but I will now that we’re away from the workplace”
45. While their fighting, Andy and his mom drive off. This is basically saying, that there’s no need to fight because (as we find out later) Andy is sad when he sees that neither Woody nor Buzz are in the car. You have to put your differences to the side for the sake of the kids, cause if you don’t your only gonna end up hurtin them.
46a 46b. Woody is sad, cause he let that argument tear him away from Andy. Meanwhile Buzz is so distracted talkin into his imaginary wrist-phone thingy lol. The contrast here is obvious: Woody is worry about Andy, while Buzz is worried about business. Pixar care about the kids, while Disney only care about money, not realizing that without the kids, there is no money.
47. I literally just thought about this. Usually when humans are around, the toys must remain motionless so they don’t know their alive, and Woody does that here. Realistically I don’t think the driver would’ve seen him, but that’s not the point I wanna make. The point is Woody is so accustomed to playing dead, as he does here, but here he almost gets crushed by the truck.
To me that’s a good interpretation of what Pixar does, laying down for Disney, having to listen to them even though they don’t want to. And as we see here, it almost got them crushed.

48. Buzz thinks he has it all figured it, but Woody reminds him he’s just a toy. The parallels here are pretty obvious: Disney being Buzz, Woody being Pixar.
“You are a toy!” = “You’re not as creative as you think!”
I love Woody in this scene, again showing his passion for Andy. But under all the anger you can tell he’s upset that he lost Andy.

49. Woody uses Buzz’ love of space ships to trick him into getting in the pizza truck. Sometimes you have to lie to people in order to get them to follow you / listen to you. And Buzz (only having money on his mind) blindly follows him.
50a 50b. This scene reminds me of the scene earlier before Buzz arrived, when the kids bum-rushed the room. Here, even though Woody helped him, Buzz is actin like he’s in charge again. Disney has no respect for how Pixar helped them with their ideas.
51. You can’t have a burger without the drink, just like you can’t have Disney without Pixar (as much as they hated each other)
52. Even though Buzz was being bossy, he still says “Good work Woody”
53a 53b. Woody wants to jump in the basket and rejoin Andy, but Buzz runs towards the space ship. Again, this is Pixar vs Disney: Pixar wanna please the kids, while Disney wanna please themselves. A similar scene is in Monster Inc when Sully is lookin for Boo. Again using the spaceship theme, you can’t reach for the stars and succeed without the kids, something Disney doesn’t realise.
